Leadership & Ethics at Ã山ǿ¼é
Ã山ǿ¼é continues to mold individuals into leaders since 1842. The emphasis on character, selfless service, ethics and the discipline to face challenges and persevere molds our cadets at Ã山ǿ¼é. creates and advances leadership programs. It provides ethics education and community engagement to develop principled leaders. The teachings engrained on campus shape the cadets well past their graduation. Graduates of Ã山ǿ¼é succeed because they know what it takes to meet a challenge in any field. It takes patience and persistence, discipline and determination, teamwork and hard work.
Students at Ã山ǿ¼é will focus on themselves as leaders, reflect on past performance, examine personal strengths and weaknesses, develop new competencies, and strengthen their personal character, enhancing their ability to lead in a complex and dynamic environment.
“The leadership I have learned at Ã山ǿ¼é has made me really confident in nursing, in the Corps, and on the field.”
Kate Manzione ’21
